Key holding Service
In addition to holding the keys of your property we can arrange payment of all utility bills on your behalf. All utilities – water, electricity, telephone- charges used on the premises are paid for by the property owner.
Maintenance
While your property is unoccupied, periodic inspections are made to ensure that everything is well maintained.
During our inspection if we come across any maintenance issue we will inform you and recommend corrective action that needs to be taken. If the estimated cost to repair exceeds the maximum that is allowed under your chosen property management package, you will be contacted for permission to make any necessary repairs.
However some repairs could be urgent and must be corrected immediately and will be done so at our discretion where you are not contactable. This includes issues such as leaks or security risks.
In both cases we will inform you of the status and condition of the property.
On any major repair we will obtain quotes from several contractors and recommend the best to you for approval. Furthermore, we will monitor the performance of the contractors, their productivity and act if the services are not properly provided. Our goal is to maintain the highest standard of your property.
Property Cleaning
Our management can offer major cleanings of your property in order to maintain your apartment, house or villa in the highest standard possible throughout the period of high turnover as well during the low season.
This part of the service will be included in the regular inspection provided by our team.
During the high season period we will arrange the maid service available to any guests coming to stay in your property.
Renovating
Construction, adaptation and interior design.
We closely work with top professionals in construction, adaptation and interior design, and can provide these services. Local knowledge is allways best choice.
Insurance Arrangement
Insurance policy price depends on the value, size and location of the premises.
